With recent regulatory changes impacting our industry, like updates to the Davis-Bacon regulations and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), many of us are trying to gain a better understanding of how these updates could potentially impact projects. Join us for day-and-a-half of in-person training to get answers to questions like these from industry experts. Sessions will cover hot topics, like the final updates to the Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements for IRA, and an overview of Nevada state prevailing wage requirements.
