This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how LCPtracker treats personal information on our websites, any LCPtracker SaaS application(s), mobile sites and mobile applications (where the Policy is either located or is agreed to by you by affirmative consent as part of an onboarding into use of our SaaS applications) (all together, the “Platform”). This Platform is operated in the United States and intended for use by individuals who are located in the United States.
Note that this Policy does not apply to how our customers (including, but not limited to, government agencies, construction contractors, and employers) treat personal information when they use our products and services. If you have questions about a particular customer’s treatment of personal information, please contact them directly.
By using our Platform or by choosing to give us personal information, you signify your consent to this Policy. If you do not agree with any terms of this Policy, please do not use the Platform, and do not give us any personal information.

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect information from you and about you. Here are some examples of the information we may collect, or that may be shared with us by a User of our Platform:
- Contact Information. For example, we may collect (or may have shared with us) your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. We may also collect your mobile phone number and employees’ or contractors’ information
- Government-Issued Identification or Documents. We may collect (or may have shared with us) your personal Driver License, Social Security Number, and other types of Government-Issued Identification. Additionally, we may collect company-related information such as Federal tax IDs, and State-issued contractor license, registration or public works numbers.
- Information You Submit. We may collect (or may have shared with us) information when you send us a message through the “Contact Us” page or similar features on our Platform.
- Social Media Information. We may collect (or may have shared with us) personal information you post on our social media pages. We may also collect your social media profile information and personal information posted on your page.
- Billing Information. For example, this may include your billing address and your preferred method of payment. Through our service providers, we may also collect your credit or debit card information.
- Employment Information. For example, we may collect (or may have shared with us) your employee ID, resume, employment history, apprentice training program, wage history, occupation history, and references.
- Professional Organizations. We may collect (or may have shared with us) information about your association and/or membership with Professional Organizations such as unions, guilds, apprenticeship training programs, or employment centers, etc.
- Commercial Information. We may collect personal information that could identify you and relates to the services in which you are interested or have considered. We may also collect personal information about your consuming history or tendencies.
- Demographic Information. We may collect (or may have shared with us) demographic information such as your or a data subjects’ birthdate, medical condition, age, and zip/postal code. We may also collect your or a data subjects’ race and gender.
- Account Information. Certain portions of the Platform allow you to create a user account. In connection with that account, we may collect your or a data subjects wage and craft information, union status, usernames and passwords, contractor license number, tax id number, California Public Works Contractor Registration Number, and details in relation to your insurance carrier and payroll providers.
- Location Information. For example, we may collect (or may have shared with us) information about the city or state or coordinates of where you are located. We may also collect geographic information based on your IP address. We also may collect your entries and exits of physical locations at sites utilizing our access management products. We do not track your GPS location of your mobile device.
- Device Information. For example, we may collect the type of device you use to access our Platform. We may also collect your device identifier, IP address or mobile operating system.
- Data Subject Information. We collect the data you share with us in relation to the data subjects and contractors that you input into the Platform in connection with the provision of services that you are requesting from us.
- Other Information. If you use our website, we may collect information about the browser you are using. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us.

- With third parties in Aggregated Anonymized Form. For example, to run reports using Power BI to show regional trends.
- With Other Customers at our Business if you instruct us to facilitate data sharing. For example, if you instruct us to share certain data into our Workforce Manager platform to another Customer.
- To Comply With the Law or To Protect Ourselves. For example, this could include responding to a court order or subpoena. It could also include sharing information if a government agency or investigatory body requests. We might share information when we are investigating a potential fraud.
- As Requested or Directed By You. This may include instances where you ask us to share your personal information with a third party, including an employer, government entity, or a marketing vendor.
- For Other Reasons We May Describe to You.
CHILDREN UNDER 13
The Platform where this Policy is located is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable data from persons under the age of 13, and strive to comply with the provisions of COPPA (The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your personal information to the United States. This Platform is intended for use in the United States and is subject to the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level of protections as those in your own country.
