The face of the construction industry is changing, and more and more women are stepping into higher visibility roles. And here at LCPtracker, that shift is more striking than ever.

Through their leadership and influence, the individuals we are about to introduce have redefined the narrative of what it takes to succeed in this great industry of ours.

Aliecia is our Director of Client Services, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. She’s our resident Davis-Bacon expert with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She knows everything about everything when it comes to Davis-Bacon – and if she doesn’t (which is a rarity), she’ll happily sit down and go through hundreds of pages of regulations to figure it out. In addition to her Davis-Bacon superpowers, she also has the ability to put out fires (you have a problem, she’s the one to call); bring clarity to even the most complex concepts (take her Academy classes, and you’ll see what we mean); and command a room with such graceful fierceness that we all can’t help but listen in awe (have you seen her at Ignite? Enough said).

Amanda is the Business Unit Director of Workforce Manager, and I have to tell you, we couldn’t think of anyone else more perfect for this role. She’s graced us with her presence and perpetually positive personality for over 10 years now. As she progressed through various roles within the company, it was very clear that her passion lies in helping people. This passion, combined with her unstoppable determination, were the drivers behind one of our newest business units, which is dedicated to supporting careers and helping workers achieve their goals. And with a mindset of, “Never stop believing in yourself” – you better believe we’ve got the right person steering Workforce Manager (and the construction workforce, for that matter) towards a bright future.

Christina is the Product Owner of LCPtracker Professional, and she largely set the pace and forged the success of our core product, and by extension, LCPtracker itself. During her tenure of nearly 12 years where she took on various leadership roles before assuming her current position, she has made countless contributions and built long-lasting relationships through the many, many, many engagements of training, listening, and collaborating with our clients and users. Commitment, respect, responsibility, humility, along with a healthy dose of humor, are values that naturally shine through when you work with her. What’s even more amazing is that you see those values beautifully translate into the product that she’s leading. And we have to say this couldn’t have worked out better, because her character, her big heart, and her influence – those are attributes that you want to impress upon a software application, especially one that looks out for workers and empowers people to do good.

Claudia is our Support Manager, but we don’t think that her job title is all that accurate; we’re thinking it should be more along the lines of ‘superwoman’ or maybe even ‘fairy godmother’. If you’ve ever had to call our Support line for help and you had the pleasure of speaking with Claudia, you’ll know exactly why. She goes above and beyond to help our clients and users with any issue they may be having, and she takes our brand promise of Fanatical Support to a whole new level. On top of that, she’s 100% behind her team, endlessly campaigning and rooting for their success. She helps point them in the right direction to attain their personal best, puts them on a path towards professional growth, and is just their number one cheerleader all around.

Jackie is our Administrative Manager, and she is the person to largely recognize for keeping the administrative wheels turning here at LCPtracker during our work-from-home transition last year. We didn’t miss a beat thanks to her operational planning, coordination, and execution. But that doesn’t even begin to encompass her long list of strengths (and our word count would get too high if we attempted). So, let’s just put it this way – if you’re looking for a problem solver or a true multi-tasker who can actually juggle multiple tasks at the same time without compromising quality, she’s the first person you call. And the pièce de resistance: she was our Most Impactful Employee Award recipient for 2020. That just about says it all, don’t you think?

Kris is our Business Unit Director of LCPtracker, which is our way of saying she is the head honcho of sales for our labor compliance, certified payroll, and construction site compliance applications. She has played a major, gigantic, gargantuan role in the continued growth of our company since she came on board in 2007. 5 years after, she stepped into the role of Director, and there is no dethroning her from this position. Why? Because there’s nobody else who can do what she does. In her tenure of 14 years, LCPtracker secured a long list of prominent clients – including 26 of the largest 50 cities, 9 state Department of Transportation agencies, and the nation’s top prime contractors – all thanks to her unwavering leadership, strategic prowess, and enviable ability to naturally build trust and foster relationships.

Lois is our Account Services Assistant Manager, but that doesn’t begin to describe the massive role she plays in this company. First off, she has more than 15 years of experience in the industry, a majority of which were spent at one of the nation’s top prime contractors, so you know that she knows her stuff. And she has this stellar passion of wanting to help people and make sure they’re getting paid for the work they perform. With ‘stats’ like that, it’s no surprise that she’s on the Account Services team where she happily spends her days working with our agency and contractor clients, helping them with their compliance needs. And if that’s not impressive enough, she’s our LCPtracker system super expert, and she generously shares this knowledge by leading our Academy software courses. You heard that right – in addition to getting down in the trenches and helping clients, she’s educating the industry, too!

Monique is our Product Launch Manager on the Workforce Manager team. She strives for excellence in all she does, even in those circumstances where life throws a curve ball and you just have to figure out how to catch without a mitt. But during those challenging times is when you know you’re in the presence of greatness, because that’s when you’ll see Monique at her best and embrace the mantras that have guided her to success: “Get up, dust yourself off, and move forward”, and everyone’s favorite, “Straighten your crown”. She also possesses this fiery dedication to keeping the scales of equity balanced and forging a path for those who are coming from behind. Combine this commitment and her tenacity with her nearly 20 years of industry experience, and you know you’ve got yourself a winner. As a matter of fact, we couldn’t have agreed more, because we nominated and awarded her with the Top Employee recognition 2 years in a row!

Sabrina is our Director of Marketing. Another director, you ask? Oh good, you’re noticing the pattern here and see that we have a healthy number of female executives on our team. In fact, we’re practically at an even split between female and male executives. Although she’s probably too humble to admit it, we could argue that she single-handedly transformed the department from the two-person team it was before she arrived into the well-oiled machine that supports 5 business units today. What else can we say? Let’s see… she’s a marketing automation expert, content creator, digital marketing guru, optimization enthusiast, data analyzer, campaign strategist, and maybe even part wizard with all that she balances on her plate. And to top it off, she loves every minute of it! That’s how you know she was born to do this job.
